Both of them are dairy products ,but they have certain differences ,like butter is made from churning milk or cream until fat the fat separates from the liquid and butter fat is left and milk solids ( they have proteins in them ) .now If  we heat this butter fat than the fat will get separated from milk protein , this butter fat that's now left is ghee because milk proteins have been separated ,

This makes the ghee lactose and casein free.

sweet lime all you need to know ..!!

 

Sweet lime or sweet orange in India is a very important fruit crop for the agriculturalists, cultivated extensively in Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Orissa, West Bengal, Assam, Rajasthan, Mizoram, Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh. Though popularly known as Mousambi across India,

 

Grown in hot, climatic conditions, Sweet Lime cultivation requires loose and loamy soil – a mix of clay, sand and silt that is rich in natural nutrients. The trees of sweet lemon grow up to 26 feet in height, brown bark with numerous thorns  and tiny white flowers. The fruits look oval in dark green colour when raw but turn into bright yellow colour as they ripen.

The plant saplings will take around 5 to 7 years to grow fully and the amount of produce usually depends upon the quality of the soil, age of the plant, variety etc.

Sweet Lime In Ayurveda:

Ayurvedic texts like Bhavaprakasha Nighanta in the chapter Amraadiphala Varga recommends the daily intake of sweet lime or mousambi for curing digestive issues, throat pain, nausea or viral infections. Referred as Mista nimbu phala in Sanskrit, Ayurveda describes the fruit as sweet to taste, hard to digest, the one which can balance the doshas of vata and pitta but aggravates kapha dosha.

Boosts Immunity:

Vitamin C plays a crucial role in building immunity and shielding body from various seasonal infections like cough, cold and fever. Sweet lime being a powerhouse of this important vitamin is an immunity booster. Make it a point to eat this incredibly nutritious fruit at least thrice a week to beat viral and bacterial infections.

Dout कैसा नाम दिया , 

कभी सोचा है की कोई किसी पर dout क्यों करता है ,???

एक उदाहरण से समझते है ,

मार्केट में लोहा भी मिलता है और सोना (गोल्ड) भी,

आपको कोनसी चीज लेते समय dout होगा,??? 

लगता है आप समझ गए, गोल्ड को लेने समय बार बार परखा जाता है ,और लोहे को लेते समय नही परखा जाता है, 

अगर कोई आप पर dout कर रहा है तो आप समझ जाओ आप सोना ( गोल्ड) हो ,और अगर आप पर कोई dout नही करता है ,तो समझ जाओ आपकी इंपोर्टेंस खत्म हो गई है , और अब आप सोने ( गोल्ड ) से लोहा बन गए हो ,

समय बर्बाद किया, उनके अरमानो पे पानी फेरा लड़कियों के चक्कर मे खुद को गड्ढे में पटका फिर मुझे कुछ समझ ना आया..... 

वाह रे ज़िंदगी ये में क्या कर आया, अपनों के ही सपनो पर में ये क्या कर आया.....

समय के साथ शादी फिर में अपनों से ही किनारा कर आया 

में ना उनके सुख में काम आया ना दुःख में काम आया, अपनों से रिश्तों को पराया कर आया...

आया अंतिम समय उनका सुन उनकी एक बात मुझे मरना आया...…

जाते जाते उन्होंने मुझे प्यार से ये कहलाया फूल है तू मेरा कम से कम कंधा देने तो आया....

ये सुन उनकी बात में खुद को रोक नही पाया छाती फाड़ कर रोया मगर कोई काम नहीं आया।

A South Korean court has issued an arrest warrant for Do Kwon - who co-founded the company behind the Terra Luna and TerraUSD cryptocurrencies.

Their spectacular collapse earlier this year spooked investors and saw the values of major tokens plummet.

Prosecutors believe that Terraform Labs, which is registered in Singapore, had violated capital market rules.

Terra Luna lost 99% of its value in May and this was aggravated by a fall of its sister token, TerraUSD.

Mr Kwon did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Thursday.

Broadcaster Bill Turnbull has died at the age of 66, his representatives have confirmed.Turnbull hosted BBC Breakfast for 15 years in both London and later Salford .His family said ,Bill will be remembered by many as a remarkable broadcaster who brought warmth and humour into people's homes.In 2018, announced he had been diagnosed with prostate cancer.

He said inspiring men to get tested for the illness by publicly revealing his own diagnosis was the one useful thing he had done in his life admitting he was cross with myself for the pride he had felt at not visiting a GP in four years.

Controllers tried and failed again on Saturday to get the Space Launch System (SLS) vehicle to lift off. They were thwarted by a fuel leak.

Engineers now want to inspect the rocket, and any repairs may need to happen in the workshop rather than on the launch pad.

The whole process is certain to lead to a setback of several weeks. 

It means we may not see a third launch attempt before mid-October at the earliest.

The SLS is the most powerful rocket ever developed by the US space agency, and is designed to send astronauts and their equipment back to the Moon after an absence of 50 years.

Much of the enormous thrust comes from burning almost three million litres of super-cold liquid hydrogen and oxygen in four big engines on the vehicle's underside.

But when controllers sent the command early on Saturday morning to fill the rocket's hydrogen tank, an alarm went off, indicating there was a leak.

The problem was traced to the connection where the hydrogen was being pumped into the vehicle.

Controllers tried a number of fixes, including allowing the hardware to warm up for short periods to reset the seal, but they were not successful.

और मेरी लाइफ में कौन - कौन आने वाली है

, सब पता हैं, लेकिन फिर भी यकीन है ,

कि फ्यूचर भी बदलेगा ,जो मेरे साथ होना,वो पहले से तय है , वो बदल देगी सब , 

लेकिन आज उसने वो बोल दिया जो मैं कभी नही सुनना चाहता था , अब वाकई डर सा लगने लगा है 

,उससे बात करने में भी , पता नही

 ये वक्त की पुकार थी ,जो उसने बोल दिया , 

फिर भी यकीन है वो सब ठीक कर देंगी ! 

एक और बात मेरी उम्र पहले ही तय हो चुकी है ( *9 )  बस समय कम है , 

वो समय भी बड़ा देगी ,

अब बस अब उसके हाथ में है  !!!!!
